Brewing Notes:
Extra Special Bitter (ESB) is a fine choice when making beer. The home brewing process, for this home brew, went as planned and without incident. Seven days after the primary fermentation process, I racked the beer to the carboy for another seven days of secondary fermentation. It aged in a keg for another three to four weeks, and finally spent two days in the refrigerator with carbonation set at 30 psi.
Results:
I like ESB ales and this home brew was no disappointment. It turned out excellent and had a nice reddish color. I will definitely brew this beer again in the future.
