This extract style of Scottish Ale has several specialty grains. There was also no aroma hop addition at the 5 minute mark.
This ale was a fine Scottish Ale, although I don't think it tasted much like Belhaven Scottish Ale. It was probably the clearest ale I have brewed to date - I let it age for about 7 weeks before I carbonated and chilled the keg.
